Yes, SYP Direct does offer White Oak from two separate mill operations, both very large. We do not mill these floors ourselves, we act as a broker for lack of a better term.  The two species of Oak you can buy using Tiger Wholesale are Northern and Appalachian White Oak. Contrary to what you might think, White Oak does not have white bark. On the contrary, the name derives from the ‘white’ look of the floors, not the the tree. Appalachian White Oak resembles the European species showing more brown or darker colors than Northern White Oak.
