The short answer which we rarely offer, not in the normal sense. We sell directly to homeowners, or the end-users of our floors. By rule, most professionals prefer to have their own source that does not offer prices to callers, i.e. homeowners. Our distributors do not want their customers to search for unfinished Heart Pine and finding SYP Direct. So, joint marketing is not a big part of our relationship, for the most part.

The exceptions, investment advisors

Pioneer Log and Timber is a perfect example of distributors who do not mind disclosure. Why? Check out their site, words won’t do it justice. Real wood builders, contractors and professionals do not want you to buy Engineered or LVT. Real wood is an investment and our partners,  investment advisors.
